Overview
Rogue Signal provides prediction-market research, probability analytics, watchlists, alerts, and related beta tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how to contact us.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, username, phone number, password or login credentials, invite/access details, support requests, feedback, saved signals, watchlists, alert preferences, and account deletion requests.
We may also collect technical and usage information, including device type, browser or app information, IP address, approximate location derived from network data, pages or screens viewed, feature interactions, error reports, timestamps, session identifiers, and local storage identifiers used to keep the product working.
Local storage, cookies, and analytics
Rogue Signal may use browser localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember saved signals and preferences, measure reliability, diagnose bugs, and understand product usage. Our lightweight site telemetry may store page views, signal views, market-link clicks, feedback events, generated session IDs, and generated user IDs in your browser. We do not use this to sell personal information.
You can clear browser localStorage/sessionStorage through your browser settings. Doing so resets generated local identifiers and removes local telemetry, saved signals, and preferences stored on that device.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure account access, operate the dashboard and mobile app, sync saved signals and alert preferences, manage beta access, deliver requested notifications or support, improve product quality, debug reliability issues, prevent abuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and third parties
We may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate Rogue Signal, such as hosting, authentication, email/support, analytics, beta intake, app distribution, notification, security, and database providers. For example, beta invite request forms may be processed by Formspree, iOS beta distribution may occur through Apple TestFlight/App Store systems, and app updates/build infrastructure may involve Expo/EAS. These providers may receive information needed to deliver those services, such as contact details, device/app metadata, support messages, and beta participation information.
Rogue Signal links to third-party prediction-market platforms and data sources, including platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket. If you click external links or use third-party services, their privacy policies and terms govern their collection and use of your information.
Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures
We may preserve, access, or disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse or security issues, enforce our terms, or prevent fraud.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account operation, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and product reliability. Session records generally expire after 7 days unless refreshed. Local browser/app storage remains on your device until you clear it, sign out, delete your account, or uninstall the app. Beta intake, support, and feedback records may be kept while needed to operate the beta, resolve requests, improve the product, and meet legal/security obligations. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or mobile service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
Children and eligibility
Rogue Signal is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the service. Do not use Rogue Signal if you are not legally permitted to access prediction-market research or related market information in your jurisdiction.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account information by contacting support@roguesignal.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app/account settings when signed in, or by emailing support@roguesignal.com. We delete watchlists, alert preferences, active sessions, and tokens, and de-identify the account record unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
International users
Rogue Signal is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised. Continued use of Rogue Signal after an update means the updated policy applies.
