Rogue Signal provides prediction-market research, probability analytics, market-pricing intelligence, watchlists, alerts, and related beta tools. The service is informational and educational only.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Rogue Signal. You may use Rogue Signal only where lawful. Prediction markets, event contracts, trading, betting, and related activity are regulated differently across jurisdictions, and some products or markets may be unavailable or illegal where you live. You are responsible for understanding and following all laws, regulations, platform rules, and tax obligations that apply to you.
No financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice
Rogue Signal does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, betting, gambling, or other professional advice. Signals, fair values, edges, confirmations, alerts, rankings, probabilities, and commentary are research outputs, not instructions or recommendations to trade, bet, buy, sell, hold, hedge, or enter any transaction. We do not evaluate your personal circumstances and do not act as your fiduciary or adviser.
Risk of loss and no guarantees
Prediction markets and related markets involve risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount committed. Markets are uncertain and can move quickly. Rogue Signal does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, availability, results, or outcomes. Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or wrong despite our quality controls. Past performance, backtests, screenshots, or examples do not guarantee future results.
Third-party markets and links
Rogue Signal may link to third-party platforms, markets, data providers, or websites for convenience. We do not operate those platforms, accept wagers, hold customer funds, execute trades, clear transactions, or control third-party market availability, rules, fees, settlement, custody, or compliance. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, scrape excessively, reverse engineer restricted systems, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or use Rogue Signal in violation of applicable law, exchange rules, platform rules, or these terms.
Beta status and changes
Rogue Signal may be offered as a private beta or pre-release service. Features may change, break, disappear, or produce incorrect results. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Intellectual property
Rogue Signal, including its software, design, analysis, models, generated cards, labels, and branding, is owned by Rogue Signal or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal or internal evaluation during beta, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercialize the service without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Signal and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from your use of or reliance on Rogue Signal or third-party markets.
